This class works on proper fighting stance and punch technique all while you’re getting the cardio and strength-training workout we are infamous for.

The class designed to help increase strength and stamina. We incorporate free weights and conditioning activities to promote improvement in power, endurance, balance, agility and speed.​

Do you have a child in need of a confidence boost? Would you like to see your child stand a little taller either at school or the athletic field? TMX offers great options for children 6 and older.
